Pentax AF400T

Was wondering if anyone has had any experience using the 67 with the af400t flash. How is it at its auto exposuring? I don't have any LS lenses yet so i would be using it at 1/30 sec. Any thoughts on if this is a way to go?

I have used my AF400T flash sparingly but it has given very good results on the few occasions when I have used it. Having said that, if I had it to do over again I don't think I would buy the AF400T. I don't do much flash photography and when Pentax said in the camera manual (I think) that the flash to use with the P67 was the AF400T I just kind of took them at their word and bought it. Only after receiving the flash did I realize that the AF400T is a very sophisticated flash unit that undoubtedly is great for the 35mm cameras or even the 645 camera but most of its features (which cost money) are wasted on the P67 because the P67 isn't set up to handle things like TTL flash. It's also a big, and heavy, unit and you have to remove the wooden handle (assuming you use the wooden handle) in order to attach the flash. If I were doing it again I would explore a much more basic flash to go with the very basic camera, hopefully finding one for a lot less money and that could be attached to the flash holder on top of the wooden handle.
