Hi all Has anyone been able to get their smarttrack working yet? I can access mine OK and the edit part works on the products database. When I send an order through the system, I get an order number which is OK. But their appears to be nothing in the "pending""processed""shipped""error" links track.db....all permissions are correct. Shouldn't you at least see the order for the customer when you press one of the above links and then be able to edit its status.

Hmmm Well William your doing better than me. I can't get smarttrack working at all. :( What did you do to get that far? If I can get mine to at least do something then maybe I can help with that part... As soon as I try and access it.. I get a misconfiguration error. BTW are you having any probs with the ccverify ? that doesnt work for me either ..no matter what I do.

If you have the track.db in place and smart tracking on in the config you can process your orders, no problem. It doesn't seem to use the smarttrack.cgi. My problem is tracking for clients using smarttrack.cgi. This is a system error. So far I have narrowed it down to the cookie routine on line 72. (Undefined subroutine & main::GetCookies called at smartrack.cgi line 72) Can anyone tell me a fix for this?

I BELEAVE YOUR WORKING OUT OF SMART ADMIN NOT SMART TRACKING PORTION. THE ADM WORKS GOOD.
