Has anyone had any experience developing APX 25 and APX 100 with D-23 deveoper? If so, please share with me your results and information such as dilution, time, etc. Thank you.

I have used APX-25 w/D-23. I processed it in a JOBO tank (series 2500) with constant agitation for 12 minutes. The D-23 was mixed as specified in the instructions (I purchased it from Photographers Formulary).

I got very good overall contrast with no apparent grain.
