Hi I am a Filmproducer from Denmark specializing in documentaries. I would like your help. I am looking to shoot some exiciting sequences of two climbers climbing both rock and Ice in the beginning of Feburary. I am not a climber myself, so I am looking for an area that a film crew of three can get to with out too much trouble.

I am also looking for two climbers (maby tour guides). If they have experience in shooting with small video cameras (second camera) it would be great. Must speak english. Let me hear any recomondations also for palce to stay. We will be there for two days.

Answers

It is easy to haul your gear to the Aiguille du Midi viewing platform using the cable-car. From there you could get spectacular views of the final part of the Cosmiques ridge,which has snow and rock.

I am sure that if you contact the Compagnie des Guides they would have other suggestions as well as staff to help/perform for you.
