Problems with slow speed on the Internet

Louise called saying her Internet connection was very slow. She had a 486 Gateway and a U.S. Robotics 28.8 modem using older software, version 2.0 of Netscape Navigator and Windows 3.1 with an old version of Winsock.

Problems with Mac OS 8 crashing frequently

John recently upgraded to Mac OS 8, but now his system crashes almost 3-4 times a day. He's using Norton Utilities and Speed Disk. He's rebuilt his desktop regularly, but to no avail.

Having problems sending images between Mac and PCs
