I have a Mega Tech on my route that is tripping the overspeed about once a day. When I run it on inspection to reset the switch the car jerks in the up and down directions and I just can't seem to find anything wrong. Any Ideas??

Have you checked for a loose or broken velocity encoder coupling?

try turning your serch speed down for the jerking after reset a meg has meay over speed switchs your ETS OR NTS relay might be dirty because of the low votag going thure them its best to keep clean

it was the encoder coupling wasnt it ??
