There's an apparent bug in version beta 1.0, in which you get an error message "Note off without correspoding note on";

This is actually not an error message at all, it's a status message which I used for development purposes, which I forgot to remove prior to the user release. Ignore it!

I'll remove it from the forthcoming versions.
