Hi Thanks for your advice, I will watch the post nervously. One more thing, I have not received a default notice, only this letter from the solicitor ( I even received my mortgage statement). I have only received a couple of letters, saying about the arrears, but nothing in them really. Don't they need to supply me with a default?
