After discussing my shorfall on this page yesterday about whether to get in touch or not I got a letter from eversheds this morning! They are asking for a lump sum settlement. They've got no chance. I know that the interest has stopped is it worth while just offering a pymt per mth? I don't really feel like fighting it whats the worse that can happen if I don't pay? Is it a ccj?
