Response to 1991 MORTGAGE CONTRACT REQUIRED "HALIFAX"

The Halifax mortgage contracts refer to the Halifax Mortgage
Conditions in force at that time. In my own case I have a copy of the
1985 conditions, but there are probably revised conditions by 1991.
I repeatedly asked the Halifax for a copy of the Mortgage Deed and
Terms and Conditions and they eventually complied.
