Response to Buying a repossessed houme

Well obviously you're after a bargain aren't you? Have you not realised from this site that it may be at someone else's expense? Perhaps I'm being a trifle harsh - There's a possibility that you came to this site because you were concerned about the welfare of others! Until recently you'd probably have got a bargain if you'd known where to look. The reason you've had no reply till now is probably due to the fact that the vast majority of contributors to this forum are concerned with the injustice associated with repossession and the inevitable obligatory shortfall. Actually you may find that due to new case law you could do us all us repossesssion victims a favour. Claire,if you are informed during any future enquiries re: an advertised property, by an estate agent that they are selling it below market value as it has been subject to repossession, then please let us know, as it may be a proving point of marketing/valuation negligence that could save a repossesion victim thousands of pounds!
