handed keys back to abbey 7 years ago,just recieved letter from eversheds claiming 11000 in martgage shortfall.wrote asking them to justify their ignorance of the council of mortage lenders code of practice about the 6 year rule on chasing shortfalls.they are reluctant to justify themselves.what should i do next?tell them to go boil thier heads or what?
