BRADFORD & BINGLEY MESS UP!!

Well after a few month's of silence from Hammonds Suddards Edge my fiance has a letter stating they did not know of his change of circumstances (despite corresponding with him for over 12 months at new address), from a different solicitor asking to fill in I&E form. Looks like our last letter may have stumped them a little. Anyway have written back stating do hope they are not confusing him with ex-wife as this would be TERRIBLE under Data Protection Act. Watch this space I'll keep you all informed .... Chris
