PC88MX Keyboard noise

I've got a PC88MX with the infamous "squeaking key syndrome". I've seen questions asked about how to deal with this problem on the Fatar keyboard, but I've never seen an answer. I also have a few keys that are "thunking" rather loudly when played. Any help/info would be greatly appreciated. I'm also now experiencing problems with the audio output cutting out -probably a problem with the internal preamp. Does anyone know if this is a documented problem? Thanks Walter K
