Don't worry Roy, this is a very stressful business. I quite often feel like I've gone a few rounds with Lennox Lewis when I deal with these people, it's soul destroying and debilitating when all you seek is justice. Have you approached Customs & Excise with your information about the invoices? You may find them more helpful than the police.
