Thanks Andy and bluemoon for your response to my question on who has right to sell my house now I have reposs order. - My buyers are interested, and want to pay the mortgage company direct the outstanding mortgage and arrears. Is this OK? I do not want to jeopordise my position with the Council as I am now on priority waiting list to be housed with my child. J
