Bristol and West wont play ball!

Sorry I sent my previous posting without finishing it. Have asked nicely for copies of the MIG and terms and conditions but Osborne Clarke (B&W sols) twice have written back saying that it has nothing to do with us and that it was a contractual agreement between them and a third party. I have quoted CPR rules etc but they wont cough up - what now?
