Response to Halifax, Nat West, Abbey National

David Read my posting of Experto Credite, Halifax and Royal and Sun Alliance, and you will see that I am in dispute with Royal and Sun Alliance (who are the MIG insurers of Halifax).So far it's following the usual route of threats to sue, banrupt, send visitors to home etc. Also they seem do not want comply with the CML guidelines on the six year rule. I'm not alone. Burn the midnight oil on this site and you will see plenty of evidence and consistency of underhanded dealing - despite their front of reputable trading. Beyond that, I think you should give a little more information on why you ask the question ie are you a repo victim? George
