did i need extra light....

Hi, i want to know is i really need extra light to a scence on the beach. It is a video clip about a near drawing situation, is for my job ( paramedic) and is also the beginner of what i like to call a "videoteca" to teach and learn about the assesment that this pte. need. thanks in advance for yours answer.
