Response to repossessed properties

On this page I have noticed that people who are trying to buy or find a list of reposessed properties get slated or are frowned upon,well I have been both reposessed and bought a reposessed property.When I was informed by a friend that a couple had bought my property and were living in it I thought good luck to them it is just a fact of life and by no means should they be blamed for my bad luck.If you are looking for a list of reposessed properties you may find it harder than you think,as a lot of deals are still done behind closed doors.However if you spend time contacting estate agents asking about auctions you may well strike lucky,but be warned most of these properties are in auction for a reason! ask General accident for starters I used to go to auctions myself but have lost most details.But I say again to people who slag off someone looking for a bargain dont be so quick to judge put the blame squarely on the bloody minded mortgage companies and not on somone just trying to find the best deal.
