Panasonic NV-DX 110 EG and IMOVIE

Hi there! I am planning to buy a Panasonic NV-DX 110 EG (3 chip Camera) with PAL. I plan to use it with IMvie or Final Cut Pro.

So far Apple did not post a compatibility for this DV-Camera.. Does anyone know if this camera can be used with IMovie ? Thanks
