3-chip interlased vs 1-chip prog.scan... better film transfer??

I,m trying to choose between Mv30i/pal optura pi(1-chip prog.scan) and Panasonic dx110/pal ez 30(3-chip no prog.scan). If my short film will miraculasly be accepted into a festival, I suspect it has to be transfered to film to be projected, which is a more important factor in the transfer, the 25fps prog.scan of Canon OR Panasonic's 3-chip technology???? theoretically?
