HW 4 Accelerations.

I was looking through assignment 4 and was wondering what we should be using as the a priori values for the radial, in-track, and cross-track accelerations? I don't recall hearing anything in class about "assumptions" we should be making for them. Based on the last assignment, I'm assuming we need to predict and tune the a priori covariance for them, but I wasn't sure where to start as far as a ball-park estimate for the w_r, w_i, and w_c in the state at the initial epoch.
