Anyone with a PAL - DV camera?

A colleague of mine is looking for a PAL - DV camera. He is shooting a low-budget feature film, which has a script, basic funding, and many other elements in place. The reason he wants a PAL camera, is that it works significantly better in the DV to 35mm film conversion process. If anyone is interested, I'll put you in touch with the producer / director, James Valentine, who is based in Los Angeles.
