sampling (i guess)

im going to be buying a k200VP soon and my questions is: if i make a program using a wav i imported into a harddrive i have connected to the kruzweil would i have to reload the sample into the sample memory everytime i turned it back on? or would i be able to turn it on call up the program n it would play? hopfully you can make some sence of this im kind of confusing myself here....
