DV300/Premiere audio sync

Anybody know of a fix for audio sync problems in Adobe Premiere? Running Mac OS 8.5.1 on a G3/300. Capturing DV from a Sony DCR-TRV9 thru a MiroDV300. When I'm trying to edit, the audio gets about a second ahead of the video on a 3-minute clip.
