Orks are without doubt one of the most poular armies in 40K for new players. These new players see their ramshackle, unorthodox appearance, and think thye look like a simple, fun army to use. They're not. With infighting, unreliable weaponry, lowlleadership and poor BS scores, it takes a master gamer to get the most out of them. When they do, the are the most unstoppable army in the game - but playing orks needs commitment, dedication and carefulk tactical thinking. Hand - to - hand, boyz will be ripped apart by most everyone save Imperials. It's best to concentrate all your mobs fire on one particular target ; in large games, it's not uncommon to roll a hundred dice or more at an enemy squad - against Traitor or Imperial Marines, sometimes causing no wounds ! It can be quite sickening however watching your entire army turn and flee, leaving a single hormagaunt in possesion of the vital table quartyer.(posted 9210 days ago)
