To beat the Orks, you have to be able to understand their strengths and basic weaknesses. They move forward in a big wave, but if you can break the forward elements, you shouldn't have too much trouble with the rest. Move and fight only portions of the Ork army, don't try to take them on in a one to one basis as you'll be outgunned easily. Avoid being the target of their overwhelming support weapons. Pulsa rockets are way too effective so don't think you can stand your Dreadnought around an absorb fire. The bikes should be shot up as soon as possible as their auto cannons will make swiss cheese out of your best troops. A lot od sustained fire weapons are a good idea, but basic troopers getting good kills will be more effective in the long run(fewer jams).
